I’m all about neutral decor items. I feel like they can really make a place feel cozy and welcoming. If you ask anyone in my circle, you’ll know that I even keep my wardrobe and my nail designs neutral. It’s not that I don’t love a fun color palette, I just prefer to have everything super cohesive. The natural holes and the texture are a perfect element to any neutral space. What Else Can You Use Planters For?

I love to use every-day items in different ways! I love the idea of buying things and making them fit my style in a unique way! Here are some different things can use a basic planter for:

  • A kitchen crock. A great way to hold your big kitchen utensils.
  • A hose container. I buy big planters and coil up my hose so it’s in something cute and off my lawn.
  • A garbage can. I’ve seen people use a plant pot as a garbage can in their bathroom! I though it was such a cool idea.
  • A side table. A lot of DIYers will flip a planter upside down and put a round top on it and use it as a little side table next to a couch or chair. These add so much unique character.
  • Instead of a basket. You could get a bigger pot and use it to hold blankets hair tools and more!
